Why £49.99 works
Most web agencies charge thousands upfront because they carry agency overheads: offices, sales teams, account managers and project layers. Noven is intentionally lean. You work directly with one person, using a focused process and modern tools, to build and look after a small number of sites properly. That’s what makes a fair fixed monthly fee possible — not a discount on the standard of the work.
That's not an introductory price to hook you in — it's the actual, ongoing cost of running this properly, with no hidden mark-up waiting for you in year two.
What you own
Your domain and everything that’s yours — your words, your photos, your branding — belong to you from day one. While you’re a Noven customer, I design, build, host and maintain the site for your monthly fee, and there’s no long minimum term: you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. The build itself — the design, code and technical setup — stays part of the managed service rather than being handed over as a working copy when you leave, but if you’d like to take the site elsewhere, I can arrange a release for a separate one-off fee, agreed upfront.
It's one person — is that a risk?
Noven is one person by design, not by accident. You get a named local person who answers personally, not a ticket queue. Hosting runs on stable, managed infrastructure that keeps your site online regardless of what I’m doing that day, and your domain and business content are always yours — so you’re never left without options if you ever needed to make other arrangements.
